Mick,
Thank you for posting these patient photos and the graft/hair count breakdown. You are really getting good at posting pictures at different angles to show a true representation of the work performed. this patient looks very much improved for only 2362 grafts. I encourage you also to post cases of your larger single hair transplant sessions so people can see that megasessions of over 2500 grafts are commonly practiced at the Farjo Clinic when appropriate and possible. Bill

Bill,
Funny you should say that as i have just put up a new patient with 3000+.The guy in this picture had very low count donor density and i wish we had taken a picture of the donor, it was as low as i have seen in a long time.Re op sizes they are definitely getting bigger and virtually everybody these days is getting significantly higher numbers. For example all new patients in the past several months have averaged well over 2500 ++ FUT but the overall numbers have been pulled down in actual graft numbers because for some reason we are at the moment doing quite a few eyebrow cases.I have said this previously but we are going to continue filming post op patients when allowed and put the video's up , both on our website and here. Mick,
I have found that videos add a certain flare that pictures cannot capture - and certainly when filmed in all angles while combing through the hair shows an accurate representation of the hair transplant result. I personally really like the way Hasson and Wong have filmed their videos - you may want to use that as a model when filming. Best wishes, Bill

i have to say. Im not too excitied about the results this patient has. But i guess that is because he has bad donor density (as Mick explained) and thin stranded hair.....not to mention excessive loss to begin with. I will conclude by saying the results do look very natural and age appropriate but clearly he is going to need alot more work to have a slicked back appearance. Well i'm happy if he is...

Max,
Averaged 20cm by 1.5cm but this was tapered as it reached the sides. His donor was as i said of poor quality. Frog, As Dr Farjo took his prev.scar out on the day he never took any pics.It was tricho and there wasn't anything to see but i will add it to the portfolio when he returns. Wanthairs, I understand what you are saying, though i suppose we have to try to put ourself in his position.ie extensive loss, poor donor.Would i be happy, you bet i would. The patient is very pleased and in the flesh it has literally taken ten years off him. we will have to take your word for it there was nothing to see then... but i find it strange that the patient came back and will have had the scar shaved down in and around the area for the second procedure, this would have been an ideal chance to have shown everyone that there was truly nothing to see surely and a farjo scar. i would have thought you would have taken the opportunity to show it off ..... the fact you haven't is reason for speculation.
