chucky,i was not implying frog was pb,but i read pb,s comments on shln on me supposedly being made redundant when i joined here in may,and then again last month.again our dear friend pb twisted things, what i actually said was that i was staring redundancy in the face(in may)6 months "notice" later here i am unemployed.he then threatened something about his brother a benefits fraud investigator, being tipped off.laughable if it wasnt so sad.
i had mentioned i was going in for no2 and i was going to announce it as they do on here, a couple of days before. but after all the crap that was chucked about in the week leading up to it,i just couldnt be arsed.
frog, ive been trying to upload a pic of my scar but cant sorry.

Chucky,

I agree with you. I have sent a private message to Mick. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding of sorts. I don't want to draw false conclusions on either side.

Balody,

About a month ago i realised my schedule for the next few months was very tight and i would only have limited opportunities to go on HTN.i therefore opted to put new stuff up about once a month and will do this for the forseeable future, re Frog no reply .Well not true.i sent him an e mail on the 12th November outlining Dr Farjo's initial thoughts and there has been no response received from him anywhere.I am not interested in getting in to any debate with him here or anywhere else, i have neither the time or inclination.
Despite best effort and advice, all doctors have had patients who for one reason or another were not totally happy. Cosmetic surgery deals with personal tastes and subjective views. In nearly fifteen years we have had our fair share, where for example the hairline was desired to be thicker or lower or wider. If we felt the patient had a valid point we put it right, recognising there is no black and white in medicine but rather shades of grey.

As most other practices, we feel that our surgery now is a superior product to 4 years ago and even more so than 8 years ago and so on. We explain this to our patients and they are delighted to know of the on going progress just like what you might expect in any walk of life.

We have had a constant four month waiting list for surgery for the last 2-3 years now. We have not advertised in any media (apart from yellow pages) since 1999 (not even pay per click internet) and we actively encourage patients to speak to past patients. We have well respected UK individuals publicly praising our services. We have 2-3 professionals every week visiting our surgery to observe how the work is done and equal numbers requesting surgical training. Add to this, Pat Hennessey's visit last summer resulting in invitation to join the Coalition and also recently the invitation from Spencer Cobren to join the IAHRS. Then there is what their colleagues think of Drs Farjo. Dr Nilofer was recently featured as surgeon of the month by the ISHRS publication (Forum) while Dr Bessam was confirmed as ISHRS President last September (first European). Based on all this we believe we are doing a decent job but continue to learn and apply new and proven technologies to our armoury when it comes to treatments.

mick,

this is where we disagree!

it is apparent you do not have the time or the inclination on a number of matters, as i replied to your email as outlined below and waited patiently for a response but never got it. i too no longer have anytime for you or your clinic. the volume of excuses and lack of direct clarification on important matters is quite concerning, however you want to put it you have glaze over them, and for the record here are the dates and times of the correspondence regarding the emails. happy to forward all email correspondence to Bill for clarification, the good it will do??

i emailed you on the 11 November 2007 13:15 GMT requesting advice on my scar.

you replied on the 12 November 2007 11:15:27 GMT telling me Dr Farjo was in surgery all day until late.

i replied to you 12 November 2007 11:41:22 GMT with information you asked for

you then replied 12/11/2007 12:50:58 GMT with a few suggestions. (i assumed because your response was quick and Dr Farjo was busy till late that this was your opinion, not Dr Farjos. you also did not mention this was Dr Farjos opinion at all. i assumed it was only yours hence my last reply to you which was over 2 weeks ago with no reply.

i replied at 12 November 2007 16:06:34 GMT with this included.

" i would be interested to hear Dr Farjos opinion on it if possible."

i since had no reply.

i am tired of this but felt it important to highlight the facts. i have nothing further to say on this and find the manner in which i have been handled here unacceptable in all honesty. all i asked for was help and in the process of it all asked a few questions that have met with excuses not answers. this is obviously not only my opinion.

Frog,
re your final e mail i did not see the final line what do you think ? This is because i had assumed that you were going down the FUE route. For that oversight i apologise but i think that you had already made up your mind from this and previous comments about us Anyway.i wish you luck with your scar and i hope things turn out well for you.

Frog and Mick,

From what I am observing, there was clearly a misunderstanding on the communication. Mick has owned up to missing the last question on the last email posed by Frog "What do you think?".

Frog,

Whether or not you choose to seek Dr. Farjo's opinion on your situation is left in your hands.

Mick,

I encourage you to participate more on our forum community by posting detailed photo albums of before, immediately post op, after pictures of both the recipient area and the donor scars in various angles (hairline, top of head, side views, crown, etc, back of head, etc). Before/after pictures should continue to be in similar lighting and angling as you have been doing. Be sure also to create photo albums presenting your larger cases of over 2500/3000 grafts as well. This way our online community can truly see the evidence of the quality work your clinic performs.
