This is a patient with type three female pattern hair loss. She had good donor hair and density and we decided to do a total of 3000 Follicular Units.

Thats alot of density for 3000 grafts! I wish us guys could get results like that w/ such little grafts

Actually my male clients who have a good donor area with good density get the same or even better results.

Very nice result. I have to agree with Dakota. For the amount of hair loss and number of grafts transplanted, this is an incredible result. The long hair and styling of the hair is obviously contributing to the density however, it's still very impressive.

Do you have a hair count breakdown? What is the approximate density throughout in follicular units per square cm? Any double follicular units used?

Thank you for your comments. She had very good donor hair. We transplanted 300 ones 1200 twos and 1550 three hair follicular units. Needless to say, she is very happy with the results and after the hair transplant she was inspired to lose weight and have a healthier life style as well.

This result obv looks very good. At the same time, the way the pre-ops look, I have a hard time believing that a "mere" 3k could give what ends up appearing to be true, perfect coverage, if not perfect density; I have an even harder time believing that before/afters as seemingly dramatic (if not better) as this can be produced "like clockwork" on male counterparts.

I would hate to question a doctor but find it hard to believe also.

I hope you dont take offense to my post but these are spectacular resuts were not use to seeing as far as density and coverage with minimal grafts

Maybe we are wrong Thana .
It looks like it could be a huge combover but still way better then before.
Probably limited to that ONE style cause most woman wouldnt comb their hair that way.
At least thats what my girlfriend here is telling me.
