You didnt use any 4 hair grafts on her.
This must just be one of those rare results we see then because on the majority of people this graft count doesnt produce that kind of density shaved or not. Since you dont have any post op pics of her . Could you please post some pics of the male clients you have that got the same or even better results with those graft counts ? Im very interested Thank you.
