In observing Dr. Siporin's surgery I was impressed by the care he took in carefully making very refined incisions in and around the patient's existing hair follicles to avoid transecting them. He used a very small 0.8 mm incision for the one hair grafts and a 1 mm incision for the 2 and 3 hair grafts. His careful pattern of incisions and their orientation showed very good judgment and skill in my opinion.
I was also impressed with the before and after photos he showed me in his office. I look forward to sharing some of them on this community. I also had an opportunity to view a couple of his patients who had very natural results. Dr. Siporin's rapport and relationship with his patient's was excellent.
