i took them too after my bitch ex-wife told me she started to and it had a great effect on her hair. I noticed nothing on mine, so I guess its hit or miss..............

We many times exaggerate the whole diet thing and hairloss. Plenty of bums with a full head of hair.. Unless you have a major problem all the vitamins in the world won't help..
Take a good multi and that is enough
