Dr. Alexander,
These results look terrific. Do you happen to have any top down photos before/after that you can post? John, I think it's all a matter of what the patient wants combined with conserving donor for future hair loss. I think his hairline and temples look good to be honest - creating a nice natural and "mature" look. But I'll be curious to hear Dr. Alexander's perspective on this. Bill

Dr Alexander,
Really great work and i have no doubt your patient is extremely happy.This is an approach i love because it keeps plenty of hair in the donor bank but the patient has enough work to match his expectations. Mick

I agree with Mick. This is an excellent hairline rebuild with an eye toward the possiblility of needing more work in the future. Good plan and good execution Dr. Alexander. Keep up the great work.
