These results look terrific. Do you happen to have any top down photos before/after that you can post?

John,

I think it's all a matter of what the patient wants combined with conserving donor for future hair loss. I think his hairline and temples look good to be honest - creating a nice natural and "mature" look.

But I'll be curious to hear Dr. Alexander's perspective on this.

Really great work and i have no doubt your patient is extremely happy.This is an approach i love because it keeps plenty of hair in the donor bank but the patient has enough work to match his expectations.
