hi, i have a vast scalp that need to be transplanted,so i visited a doctor and he told me that the donor area isnt that thick so he asked me to take propecia for a period of time and then come back later,and he just said he can take 1500 grafts max, and he cant do but the scalp and not the frontline wich is much thicker then the scalp but its thin in general,hope anybody can help me what to do? or to visit another doctor.

In addition to posting some pics, I would recommend you do some virtual consults.

I would include the information you recieved from the clinic you visited, including the recommendation of the Doctor.

What you will be able to do is compare and contrast and then perhaps chose a couple of "physical" visits, to get a proper consult.

The propecia is good advice

Doing 1500 grafts with thin donor on a large balding area is a waste of time and money.

You need to "Max Out" your first session (with regards to scalp laxity and available donor)

This is of course, IF you are a candidate for a HT.
