This man desired to have his hairline brought conservatively down and to have increased density. We did a 1250 graft strip and using microscopic dissection, obtained 1250 refined grafts which were placed in 0.7mm slits.

We like these small frontal triangle cases. They are quick and easy, and provide a nice and very natural result for the patient.

Followup pics are at 8 days at the suture removal visit.
