37 year old male with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Patient came in for reconstruction of his temporal area and peak, as well as hairline. He elected to have the ultra refined follicular unit transplantation with Dr. Arocha. Dr. Arocha also addressed his thin sideburns and thinning left temporal peak.

Reconstructive TP 3488:

one hair FU 523
two hair FU 1395
three hair FU 1220
four hair FU 209
five hair FU 141

Dr. Arocha,

Thank you for posting these. There is definitely an improvement in the before after pictures.

A few comments...

It would probably be more beneficial and helpful to forum members if you post one album per hair transplant patient with detailed photos including, before, immediately postoperative, and after photos (months after where hair growth is obvious) and convey the surgical details, number of hairs, etc.

Additionally, 2 week post-op from a hair transplant will of course show improvement - but then the grafts shed. Newcomers will be a little confused by this so I thought it was important to note.

Are these recent patients? Do you have any pictures showing the maturation of the hair growth from the hair transplant (9 months plus?)
