I would like to give more information on the Microdot Process provided by DonCosa Images. The process is not a surgical procedure, but it is by far the most effective method to achieve fuller, thicker, less noticably thin hair. I am very familiar with the Microdot Process, as well as the company; I am also familiar with a few other companies claiming to achieve the same effects. Don Cosa is the most adept company, as the chief technician is also a client. They use a soft material which is made into a webbing-like "matrix" suited to your specific proportions and needs. This material is secured to your natural hair with no glues or tape, allowing your natural hair to come through the "matrix" and lets the scalp breathe and your natural hair continue to grow. The Microdot is a knot similar to the knot used by doctors when securing sutures (stitches). The first knot goes around small bunches of your natural hair close to the scalp (about 10-20 natural hairs). Then, the "matrix" is secured to the existing Microdot and is spread over your thinning/bald areas.
I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the results of using this process are, as well as the quality of product and service you are sure to recieve by using the Don Cosa Microdot Process. All other systems (ie: "blending") are only attempting to immitate the innovative product Don Cosa provides.

Good luck and I hope this information has been helpful.

hairbizwiz,

I'm assuming you are very familiar with the company because you work for it?

There is no way a general consumer of the product would use promotional language like you are.

Therefore, I'm going to ask you once to list your affiliation with this company in your forum signature as per our terms of service if you want to continue posting here.

Regards,

Bill

Busted! LOL

"Don Cosa is the most adept company, as the chief technician is also a client."

I felt like I was watching a late-night infomercial reading that

I want to warn everyone about the Doncosa Salon. I went to the salon and after a consultation with the owner, James. I contracted with him to do this process and to finance it. It is very expensive. The very next morning I called them and told them that I wanted to cancel the contract and cancel the loan application. I spoke to the salon, the billing department and the financing dept. at Chase that was doing the financing. I told them all that I wanted to cancel the loan application and contract. I told them that I would come back at a later date to reschedule when I could pay for the procedure in cash and a credit card. I was not comfortable financing a loan for this. At this point I had received no services other than this initial consultation and no product had been ordered for mel After telling me that this was fine and that my contract was cancelled, a week later, without my knowledge and without my authorization, they resubmitted my loan application and charged me $4,000.00. I am disputing these charges with Chase. I just want to warn everyone, these people are dishonest. Do not go here.

Because the Doncosa Image Salon had their legal counsel threaten me with slander for giving their salon negative reviews I tried to edit my previous posts but was unable to on some websites so I would like people to disregard any and all previous post and allow me to be very specific on my grievances with this company. After my initial consultation, which was supposed to be free of charge, I contracted with the company for hair extentions and applied for financing. Less than 24 hrs. later I called to cancel contract and financing both with salon and Chase Bank. At this time my loan application had not been processed and no services had been performed neither were there any products ordered for my process. Initially Trish at Doncosa and the loan department at Chase told me I could cancel, then a week later against my wishes and without my knowledge, Trish at Doncosa Salon resubmitted my loan application. They are charging me $4,000.00 without having given any services or products. The owner James will not return phone calls or emails. I am disputing the charges with Chase Bank, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I would like Doncosa to know that I am within my Constitutional rights to post negative feedback and will not be bullied. I am posting this review so that potential customers of Doncosa Salon can make informed decisions.
