Dr Charles sent me the digital pictures of before and after but when I try to post them it says file too big.
IM not to saavy on the pc can someone help me post them? How to make file smaller?

hairseeker,
You need to save the image as a JPEG file.
Open the file so you can see the image. Choose file (upper left of screen) and "Save As". Under "Save as type" choose JPEG.
