Dr. Barrera,
It's great to have you on board sharing your patient photos. I agree with thanatopsis_awry. This is one very impressive result and beautiful hairline reconstruction. Based on the statistics, I assumehe has 2000 grafts total? How many were transplanted the first session and how many the second? Also, if you have hair count breakdowns (how many single, double, triple, quadruple hair grafts, etc), that would be terrific. Best wishes, Bill

Thank you for the comments. This patient was done in 2 sessions at my recommendation. We wanted to get the best result by dense packing the first session with 950 grafts, 50% of those being single hairs, 25% being doubles, and the other 25% being triples. The area was small so by splitting the session we were able to get the most optimal result. Again, we repeated the procedure a second time with 1050 grafts that session. We went between the previous follicles to get the hairline even denser. The patient was very pleased with the result.

I would think that splitting the session up like this would make it more difficult to densepack the 2nd time around; of course, what you did was optimal for you, so....again, it really looks good.
