Thanks guys, I'm just keeping it real We're trying to be as transparent as possible with the final results and showing as much as we can. I think it's really important to do this which is why we moved to HD and started the comb-throughs on the patients.

I really like the use of video to display the final result - it shows a more realistic picture of the result - much more than photos even. Excellent results as usual. In addition to the number of grafts, it appears that this patient has ideal hair characteristics that help with the illusion of density.

Thanks for the props. As you stated, the patient's hair type really does help out which is one point of showing the results to begin with. The patient's hair characteristics are classic "salt & pepper" and the texture is medium to high for coarseness.

The video, as most of all the videos I've uploaded and presented, show more than just the "image" of what it looks like in real life but also all the details that one would see if they were in our office to meet this patient. I can't count how many times I've seen or been involved in a meeting between patient and potential patient where one picks through the results strand by strand or at least inspects the results with a comb. Our videos do the same to help give the impression that you are actually there with the patient, seeing the results as you would as if you were inspecting them yourself. I don't know of any other clinic that does this but I firmly believe it's a benefit to have.

Looks natural but I thought his coverage was a bit sparse for 5500 grafts.

Is this his head size, hair quality, etc? If you look at other having that size session the coverage is a bit more.

Still looks very good though
