Keep in mind that this presentation is as real as it gets with video so maybe you are used to seeing photos with studio lighting for trick angles. For a NW6, this patient has excellent coverage for 5500 grafts and this is one reason why he's being presented, to show the benefits of salt & pepper hair. I appreciate your input though so thank you for chiming in.

He does have more left if he wants it, about 3000 or so grafts. I think he and Dr. Hasson were discussing another session but I think the final thought was to hold off for a while.
