Bill, dude if you get 5000, your going to be one hairy man!!!!!
BTW, are you going to lower your hairline at all? Or are you just going for maximum density??? Either way, good luck!!!!!

I think if you bought and used Toppik, you wouldn't need another surgery. Your hair looks pretty good/natural.

Thanks for the comments guys.
B Spot, I will not be lowering my hairline...I'm satisfied with it's position. I do want it to be refined, softened and of course, thickened with density...so I'll lave that to Hasson. But I think my hairline is in a good and natural position and figured there is no point to lower it. dhuge67, That might be true. I've tried Dermatch, but haven't tried toppik. BUT, to me, the point of these surgeries is so that I don' thave to use products like that. I prefer to have a thicker more natural head of hair that I can just wash, come out of the shower, dry and leave...you know? Plus, with Dermatch and Toppik, it's not only some work, but I can never quite get my hair color quite right, plus, I may have to wash out and repeat if I mess up. Bill

Good luck Bill. I agree with you on the toppik and other products. I don't want to have to use them either. I think you'll have the density you desire after this one. I look forward to watching your progress.

Mrjb and M&M...thanks guys for the encouragement.
Mrjb, Yes we are in this together my friend. As far as sultures (actually they will be staples this time - sounds painful) I will most likely have my wife remove them. Hasson and Wong sent me a staple remover that she can use to remove the staple. I will most likely depending on the doctors recommendation, remove the staples 10 days after the surgery, right before I go back to work. M&M, Thanks man. I'm definately happy with the position of the hairline now....I just want density, density, and density...of course, not just for the hairline, but the entire scalp. However, regarding the hairline, I will ask Dr. Hasson to refine it, soften it, etc for the most natural look possible. Side note as I'm kind of laughing...I just posted in another message that using the word "natural" (really I meant overusing) could point to an advertisement. So I found myself trying not to use the word natural here but then realized that's just silly :P I will surely be posting updates....but I guess I can't post updates until I actually HAVE the surgery. Thursday 10/19 will be my day in the chair. My loving wife will be coming with me for the trip to support me in this. She's been so supportive in all of this, and oddly enough for all of you reading this...she told me that she supports my decisions but she'd find me sexy with our without hair. Now THAT'S a woman for you =). Bill
