Warning: Some pictures are graphical in nature featuring donor strip harvesting
I am posting these on behalf of Dr. Keller to demonstrate his donor hair extraction and trichophytic closure technique. Below are the surgical details from Dr. Keller ----- This is the patient's second surgery. The first surgery was 1500 grafts while this second surgery on 12/19/2007 was 1605 follicular unit grafts. This male patient has female pattern hair loss at a 3 rating on the Ludwig scale. The pictures demonstrate a two-layered trichophytic closure.
