Mine stick out a bit. It's not a big deal, but I do look funny and elfish at times with my ears that stick out. They're not big ears, they just stick out, ya know? Any info on this?

I believe the plastic surgery procedure for this is called otoplasty. Maybe you want to do a general search on the web using the term "otoplasty." I don't know much about it other than that it is somewhat commonly performed on children.

Pic? My ears stick out a little too, but I also have a somewhat small, undercut jawline; So instead of otoplasty, I'm going to have my jawline expanded with maxillofacial surgery to balance my face. There is a DIY method for that if all you want is your ears to be pressed back little bit. The trick is to wear your hat over the ears for few years everywhere you go and you should be able to achieve ur goal and notice the difference.

Might not work for all ppl but worth a shot.
