We get a lot of patients like this at SMG so I hope this is helpful for all the guys with AARP Cards. (I am not so far away, I am 53).
These men are often type 4 or 5 on the Norwood scale and have a bridge of hair in the mid-scalp region. Many of these men want only one session, have an ok or below average donor, and possibly some health concerns.
Our goal is to reverse the aging process.
I find a FU session of 2,500 grafts is usually perfect for these men.
I will always keep the hairline high and the temporal frontal angles up high.
This patient was very happy with his results.
His Graft count was as follows:
1 HAIR FU's 520
2 HAIR FU's 1495
3 HAIR FU's 467
4 HAIR FU's 27
TOTAL FU's 2509
Total Hair 4987
