The density you said you used was 70 grafts/ sq cm, thats why we are "worried" about it .
I think it was a good job regardless, but if it was really 70 grafts/ sq cm,I dont think they all grew, but Ive been wrong before.
Your hairlines are some of the best Ive seen, but the problem I have is youve only showed 1 or 2 scar pictures.
In my opinion next to graft placement ,donor closure takes the most talent ,especially when trying to achieve a thin scar.
If you dont want to show any scar pictures ,could you explain why, or at least tell us how you close it. Thank you

Thanks Dr Alexander for showing us this showcase result. As you know, we are very into details here. It appears that the recipient area is about 60 cm2 in front and about 30 cm2 on the crown for a total of around 90 cm2. While implanting 70 cm2 as you stated, behind the 1st cm of the hairline appears to have created a nice hairline, you obviously did not use 70 per cm2 for the entire recipient area. The math just does not work out. Could you give us a break down of the grafts per cm2 in the crown and the central core. We realize that grafts per cm2 is not the only factor in a HT. Could you therefore elaborate on the number of large grafts in the central core, which this patient obviously had?

Thanks,
Gorp

In the past posting scars was never that important to me. When I take out the strip, I use the best surgical techniques possible to guarantee the best scar. I do take a lot of time in my closures to make sure that they continue to be very high quality. We will be posting examples of both tricophytic and non tricophytic closures in the near future.

Thank you,
Dr. Alexander
