This is a patient who is about 10 months postop. As I look at the photos, I should point out a few things. Firstly, some of the preop photos make it appear like he has more hair than he really has as he combs it forward, so some of the before photos may be mildly deceptive.

The best photos to see the work that has been done are the preop photo with the markings on it and the postop hairline close up. In the preop marked photo, you can see the area to be filled and you may notice that the hair has NOT been shaved yet in this photo.

Graft numbers: 605 singles, 999 doubles, 251 bigs--total 1855 grafts.
