This patient had 3515 total grafts (875 1's; 1745 2's; 695 3's and 4's; 200 DFU's) the majority of which (2815) were used to recreate the frontal hairline, posterior frontal forelock area, and bilateral temporal recessions. 700 grafts were placed to reinforce the crown. Patient on finasteride 8 months.

Nice immediately postoperative photos - the work looks nice and clean. Thanks also for providing a picture of the strip. Just wondering, do you typically remove the strip all in one piece or do you remove it in sections? I look forward to seeing more of your work! Best wishes, Bill

I didn't know you guys got so excited by strips. I thought it was just me. Dr. Carmen sure knows how to strip.
Actually I'm more of a graft man. I get really excited when I see beautifully trimmed and slender grafts. Dr. Carmen that was one very beautiful surgery from top to bottom. Keep those photos coming.

Thank you all very much- PGP- We placed approx. 50-75 in the temporal point proper (Left >Right); note there are additional grafts above the points as well (approx 75-125).
