Bill,
I agree with you on the before photos. There many times when we are seeing patients with shaved head and this distorts how much native hairs are truly there before surgery. It makes the "after" pics look more dramatic, no doubt.

Dr. Pateel,
Our doctors do not use needles to make incisions. The custom cut blade sizes range from .65mm and up depending on the individual patient's graft sizes. Thank you for the positive comments.
