First surgery in 2005 July
2347 (80% single and double hair) (20% 3 n 4 hairs)
2nd surgery 11th April 2006
2010 grafts also mainly FU.

Mind you we do not use microscope only 2.5 loop magnifications. All our patients since 2005 I use tricophytic scar closure.
Its lower edge closure.

Thank you for the appreciation. And Trust me I am fed up of such a long name.

The maximum I have done in one session is 5176 FU.
But I am very careful in doing so, in may last 7 years only one patient qualify for that. I do not want to mess with donor area for the purpose of giving bigger surgeries.
If I can move donor area with out any problem I will move as much as needed.

Islamabad is a wonderful city and all my patients comming from Abroad get a free pick and drop from Airport to hotel and from hotel to my clinic.

Impressive looking result. You mainly use "FU"s; curious, what else do you use?

usually I am not a man of pure FU

I do use what people call DFU or Follicular group grafts ( 3 to 5 Hairs) now its same as mini grafts.
We need to understand that we are here to create illusion of having dense hair. the front is all 1 and two hair FU and as I go back I put between 20 to 30 % of filler grafts.

I also do FUE's.But i encourage every one to do tricophytic scar closure strip harvest.

Its really value for money.

Well, gold standard today surgery is ultra refined follicular hair transplantation.Result is not bad but it is not according to current standard as mentioned in this web site.
Even after two surgeries thickness/density is not enough... my opinion!!!
What i believe single megasession with dense pack could give better results.
Need more photos and closer views especially after growth.
Needs more improvement so keep it up

Dear Faheem
in this last ISHRS meeting there was this debate of FU and DFU and follicular group grafts but they are same as what was previously done just change of nomenculature.

As I said I dont want to split the naturally occuring Follicles. In true sence quite a few doctors are doing the mixture of what I have said. you need to understand till we do not reach the cloning we have limited supply and we have to use the skill like an illusionist.
My personal openion. After all there is more than One way of skinning the cat.
The GOLD standard is to give a natural and undetectable looking hair transplant surgery.
It is not the art what is important it is how you use that art that is important. After all we are all nothing but surgeon artist.

I am not sure if this forum will allow that question to be answered but I will take a chance and answer this.
I charge 1.25 US$ per graft, my average session is between 2500 to 3500 grafts. Depending on donor area density and mobility. I believe that the scar should be as minimally visible so that you can still have a chance to do a crew cut. I try to compete with FUE with my tricophytic scar. I have come close but ofcourse FUE is different. I do FUE's as well and I charge about 5 US% per FUE.
ALl these prices include a two night stay in a nice executive only 5 star accomodation.
