We can often feel neglected, rejected,

you sit dabbling your toes in the water *wishing* and HOPING you could play w/the *healthy* people...

Your "different"...your *diseased*...
you can't dunk your diseased head in the same water the non-diseased do...they will SEE, the will KNOW, the extent your disease has taken over your head...
people need to remember, we did not choose the skin that covers our scalps...it chose us...IT CHOSE US...we did not choose the skin we're in, and the prejiduces and biases that come along with it...
People view us as a member of a weaker, inferior, "sick" group...Like WILD animals at the ZOO you can just hear them taunt whispering in the shadows:

"OoOOOooh, is he a PEDOPHILIAC?"....

----yes, we are diseased and suffering....suffering from prejiduces and outcasted from the healthy, disease free...

You might be at the store reaching
for a shampoo or hair product, next to one
of the *healthies*, you can just feel the
heat, hatred, and hostility from the *healthies* presence...your diseased...and humiliated...

Or worse yet, your diseased hairs have FINALLY
grown enough--in their SICKLY dying state--to justify a trip to the salon;
where the *HEALTHIES* often frequent...you can feel the tension in the room as this is a place for the healties
not the diseased...

Other suffering people groups get action taken on their behalf...where is our's? State & Federal Government have not stood for our cause---there is no Affirmative Alopecia Action: if two men, one diseased and one not, apply for the same position w/the same skill level, no one is forced to take the diseased over the non-diseased man...
