I take my 1/4 Proscar after getting up in the morning. So easy for such good results for me.
Once in a while, I do forget. Then I'll take in the evening or whenever I remember later in the day.
I use a weekly pill container so I don't miss a dose.
I wish using minoxidil was as easy and untroublesome.
