the reason is that when new posts go on this site by clients they are either told they are working for Advanced Hair Or false postings - so Its better I feel been in client relations and reading all these postings that I post the good feed back I get sent by studios or clients so that way hopefully users of this site can see they are legit and not false. I believe a CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER it is the least you could do. as my original post does state I am more than happy for any legit unhappy client of any Advanced Hair Studio to contact me direct and I will work with them to resolve the complaint that they have. We know that the postings were placed and incited by a well planned forum consisting of ex-employee(s) and or competitor(s). Their sole purpose being to tarnish the reputation of Advanced Hair Studio, for their own gain. Obviously we recognize the fact that being in a consumer sensitive business like ours, we cannot please all clients all of the time as some expectations are too high or unrealistic; and so the odd occasion we can & do make a mistake, but Advanced Hair Studio prides itself on tens of thousands of happy clients; many of which are more than grateful for what we've done for them. I have received another lovely letter from a Laser client of our (Canberra Srudio)- As advised I will continue now to post these up so that all forum users can read the good and the bad reviews that Advanced Hair Studio receive - I hope that these posts will not be removed.
REFERRAL FOR ADVANCED HAIR STUDIO (AHS) I signed up to the full AHS program in February 2012 in Canberra. At age 63 I was not sure what help AHS could give me but I knew that I needed some significant help. The AHS Studio Manager in Canberra designed the program for me and he was realistic but positive about what the outcomes would be. He told me it would take about 3 months to see some significant changes for the better. It did take that long to see the first wave of improvement. AHS in Canberra supported me and measured the results as we went along. The AHS staff provided an excellent, supportive service and I am grateful for that. I have been diligent in going to all the laser sessions and using the products as directed. I was happy with the results after 3 months. After 8 months I am ecstatic with the results. It is a total improvement of my overall appearance and the outcome is way beyond what I expected. I can recommend Advanced Hair Studio without reservation. It has been an excellent result for me. I really hope you're intending to say "We know that the postings were placed and incited by previous ex-employee(s) and or competitor(s) on this forum". Your first statement implies that this forum, its employees and/or its agents are behind the posts you are concerned about, which I can assure you is demonstrably false. Understand that a discussion forum by nature enables anyone to join and post their opinions, experiences and ideas. It is impossible to keep track of all members, nor do we know who is behind the postings you are concerned about. However, we believe in running a fair and unbiased forum which is why we allow all parties to post and share their side of the story, as long as they abide by the terms of service they agreed to when they signed up. I don't have a problem with you sharing a few positive patient testimonials if you feel that will help you address any comments you are concerned about. However, I do want to make it clear that neither this forum, its employees, its agents, etc. are behind any of the posts you are concerned about. Best Regards, Bill

Why don't you consider perhaps a more ethical approach with your customers? Then you wouldn't have to resort to such lame posts to try and limit the already colossal damage. Get these cricketers to say publicly that 'strand by strand' is a wig that will cost 10 times more than other wig outlets. I believe the numerous negative posts from people more than I believe a PR person posting a few quotes.
