I speak to many guys from various Doc's about their concerns with growth and time scales.
Its vital that guys embarking down the HT road understand that they are not going to get the full result from their HT until 16 / 18 months at least... Nevermind 3/4 months..... which for some reason seems to be the bench mark for the day they wake up and its all over.  So many guys email me concerned that at 3/4months they have not seen any growth yet  And that they think their HT has been a failure  !I think everyone needs to be made aware that even after a whole year there is still a great deal more in store, ie thickening and maturing. Many of us at the London Showcase only had this confirmed as we could all clearly see the big difference between the "Feller Twins" who are 4 months apart. Ian who is at 16 months post op (4 months ahead of Pete) Looked significantly thinker and fuller than Pete who is at the 12 month mark. Months 8-18 are just as important in terms of growth, maturing, thickening as the first 8 months in my opinion. The success of your HT can only be determined after 18 months especially if you are a slow grower as well  Look at the progression of Ian who is now at 16 months post op and as we speak in the chair with DR Feller for round 2! Once again, great post...and something that is needed to hear, especially being at 3 months, 2 weeks, 1 day, 12 hours, 4 minutes and 5, 6, 7 seconds :P. J/K. I just know I'm somewhere after the 3 month mark. That being said...it is easy to get impatient...but you are right. Maturation takes time. Any chance of posting a picture in better lighting (if you have one) for the 16 month post op pic? I admit, it does appear thicker, but lighting can make a difference. Bill

THanks Spex. Those pictures are much better. Of course, I'm really big on comparing pictures in similar light if possible...so even though this lighting is much better, one can't realy do a perfect comparison with the 8 month photo. Though your point is still well made and accurate

I think 1 year is a fair time frame for your overall result.. I have heard some people on here state at 6 months, the majority of the results are already there.. I totally disagree.. So many individual factors to consider.. Personally, I see the biggest difference from 8-10 months..

Flac - If i had the exact comparison pics .. i would of course post them but these are the only ones i have. Thanks for humouring me though
 I was trying to show the difference for all the guys who question time scales.......the difference to me in person was very obvious!Facelessman! - Brother!!! Ian has hit the mid /crown areas with some hairline touch up I believe - Pics on the way
