Hey NN,

My replies will probably be similar to the excellent advice you've already receive............I'll give you my prospective on your Q's:

1. What you think of previous HT. (I know its "pluggy" but re: hairline high enough?, etc.

A little tough to tell on the height of your hairline without a full frontal shot. As far as your former HT goes, you really look pretty good, especially for what was being produced during that time period. I'd really seek a qualified Doc's opinion on hairline placement as it is very important to have a natural framing of the face.

2. Does it look like the plugs will have to be removed?

No. I don't think a qualified surgeon will have any trouble placing grafts around it and making the end result look totally natural.

3. Donor site ok?

To me, your donor site looks pretty good. Actually, you seem to have a little "wave" to your hair which will serve you well toward aiding in the appearance of density.

4. How many FU for hairline and mid? This is my priority?

Purely guessing, mind you, as a Doc will be your real source of advice and provide the best guidence. It depends on what you want to acheive.........IMO, for the appearance of a full head of hair (which is likely within your reach), I'd say 2000 in the crown and a minimum of 3000-3500 in frontal 1/3 and midscalp. If you went with 2500 in the crown and 4000-4500 frontal 1/3 and midscalp I think you'd be a hairy best! Kind of depends on what the doc says with respect to donor availability.

5. How many for Crown?

See above

6. Any other comments/considerations welcome.

Assuming you have adequate donor supply, you're really in a pretty good position. Best of luck to you and let us know how the consults go!!

Hairbank,

It's good to see that even when i was tired, our thoughts are aligned on this . Of course, that could mean one of two things. It could mean that you give GREAT solid advice, or it could mean that you were as tired as I was when I wrote it J/K
