Looks very good from the pics. Conservative hairline helped the grafts go a lot farther as far as thickness.

Dr. Alexander, how would you rate this patients hair characteristics? Hard to tell from the pictures.

Very nice work Dr. Alexander..........a very nice looking hairline for this gentleman and seems to blend right in with what he has. Great use of the grafts.

Beautiful Natural result Dr. A.. Nice Work! Good call on the hairline as well. Looks like his top and crown have also experienced some regrowth. Did he get on propecia or something?

His graft counts are very close to what mine were and at 4.5 months things are coming along nicely.

1 hair grafts: 641
2 hair grafts: 1798
3+ hair grafts: 298
Total: 2737 grafts

Maximised those grafts for a very natural result, definite use of the meds but what a result!

Flyby,

He started propecia after his procedure. I will often start them on propecia after a surgery so that the propecia will start taking effect when the grafts start to grow.

Hairloser1,

I think he has great characteristics, although his hair is not as coarse as some, it looks really good when it grows.
