Dr. Feller
I was looking through some of your posts and noticed this little gem. What I like most about the before and after photos is how natural the results are. It appears from the photos that he probably had a good donor area, not the thickest or most dense donor, but good donor to work with. Do you remember the specifics about the quality of his donor hair? Having said that, and what you had to work with, he has a very natural appearing hairline and overall result. Great job! Thank you Dr. Gabel. His hair was actually pretty good in all respects, so I dense packed the front and then spread it just a bit more over the top to give him coverage. The plan worked, but he already came in for round two to fill the crown a bit more and flatten the hairline a bit more.
Thanks Mrjb, I have found the most dramatic change to occur between 5 months and 9 months. But there are definitely those who continue to thicken well past their 14th month. Individual physiology.
