Awesome results....I would have to agree with the others....The graft count seems low but it actually looks like the guy has a full head of hair (appropriate for his age).

I guess his hair caliber is very think. Lucky guy!

Very nice results, given the previous negative comments on this doc's work. Bill, is he still being considered for recommendation?

Many of the comments seem to focus on # of follicular units....I focus on my patients..... many of whom have the ability to pay for several smaller procedures over several years rather than one or 2 larger procedures that are outside their budget...their results are excellent and they are happy, and look natural....That's what my patients want....for those who can afford it, have the proper donor density, and wish to proceed a CLASS Va can generally be covered nicely with one session of 2500-2800 grafts or for those wanting more density (assuming they are candidates...donor quality, density, hair texture, etc) they could cover a Va with two sessions of ~ 2000 to 2500 each.....Remember ALL the factors that must be taken into consideration when deciding how to restore a man's hair...present loss, future loss, family history, physical exam, donor quality, hair texture, color, age, health of pt, and of course his desires and finances....I have been doing hair restoration since 1986 and have experience that has been gained by treating many men over many years.... ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL ....I'm NOT in competition to see who can use the most donor the fastest.....I concentrate on EACH pt to meet "HIS NEEDS",..WITHIN his budget....and a NATURAL result, with DONOR preserved for the future loss that eventually comes on most pt's...TR
