Rosanelli Medical Associates,
Thaks for taking the time to post these. Based on the quality and angle of the photos, it's difficult to get a good grasp of the final result. Do you have an after picture of the top of the head? Any immediately postoperative pictures? Given this guy was completely bald however, there is definitely an improvement. I hope as we discussed that your clinic will get in the habit of taking more detailed photos with a professional camera so that our members can truly see all angles of the transformation in high resolution. Best wishes, Bill

this certainly isn't a wow result but considering this patient had no native hair i think its ok.
I suspect another 2-3000 fu would make a considerable difference. (if he has that much available) |

I don't know I am usually on the positive side and try to see the cup half full on most cases, but going off of this case and previous post of Rosanelli pts (posted by Bill), I think these are sub par results. Most of this docs pics of pts he worked on before have been "pulled" so they can better hide the identity of the pt. Thats fine and all but from all the comments I have read, maybe besides one thread, all the results are sub par. How far out of surgery is this patient? I know its hard to compete with the best of the best in the world (SMG, H&W, Feller, etc...) but thats what these doctors that post here are asked to do. I truly believe its become a positive thing in the HT industry (if you know about this site). Seriously though I have not been impressed by this clinics work. Trust me I would love to be proven wrong and have another excellent clinic in the world.

I don't understand why they keep posting results from the most difficult cases to cover. It only bothers me because I have had a procedure with Dr. Rosanelli, after 2 bosley procedures and I know they are very good, but for some reason they are not very good with the camera. As I mentioned in a past post I would love for them to show some preop/immediately post op/ and final outcome of patients that don't require so much coverage. Hope they invest in that new camera.
