tam,

As a patient of Dr. Rosanelli's, your input is especially valuable in evaluating them.

I encourage you to create a patient photo album and share your surgical details and before/after pictures.

I am in complete agreement with you about the photos presented so far. Pat and I did speak with them about purchasing a professional camer and went over with them the types of photos to take for a more accurate representation of the results.

They've also been presenting patient cases of advanced degrees of balding. The problem is, many people seem to believe that the exception is indeed the rule. Members like JoTronic and Bobman (for example) are exceptional cases. The average patient doesn't have the available donor to get both full coverage and adequate density all around.

In my opinion, there is an obvious improvement (there is now hair where there was not), but these particular photos make it difficult to really make an accurate assessment of the result.

Dr. Rosanelli, in addition to cases where patients have advanced hair loss, I encourage you to show cases restoring smaller areas on patients with minimal hair loss.

Best wishes,

Bill

I would be pissed with these results
I might be pissed as well, if I didn't know what 4600 grafts would provide for a NW6. But, (for the newbies) we have to remember that 4600 grafts on a NW6 will provide limited results (and most likely leave a bald crown).

There are a some NW6 success stories such as Jotronic and Bobman, but they did venture well over the 5k+ graft count.

I have plenty of after photos, but I have made numerous attempts to get before photos from when I went to Bosley, and I can't get them to give them to me. There is always an excuse everytime I call, as to why they are not available. I assume they are thinking I am not happy with my first two procedures with them, and I'm trying to compare. Hopefully I can get those some how, and I will post before photos, and after my last session with Dr. Rosanelli. Thanks
