This patient came to Dr. Rose back in 2004 to treat his class 6 hair loss pattern. The after photos below, taken approximately one year post-op, show the results of the (initial) 2,101 graft session. As you can see, Dr. Rose was able to rebuild the hair line and establish coverage over the front half with a relatively small number of follicular units.

TheHairLossCure,
It's great to see you posting some of Dr. Rose's patient photos. For the number of grafts used on such a large balding area, the result looks great. I hope you will continue to post regular examples of his recent work. Best wishes, Bill

thanatopsis_awry,
Thanks for your comments. 2,100 grafts is a small number relative to the patient's level of hair loss. Please note, however, that the session provided a good amount of grafts relative to the patient's donor density and overall donor supply. In other words, a sizable about of tissue was excised in order to acquire this number. If Dr. Rose did this procedure today, rather a few years ago, he might have taken a *slightly* wider strip. I suspect the length would be the same though. In short, the session size was right for this donor area. Bill, dakota3, and Arrie, Thanks for the input. We certainly intend to post more examples of surgical results (from Dr. Rose, not Dr. Ross

Wow, what a slip! Sorry about that, thehairlosscure. I've been speaking with Dr. Ross a lot recently so it was on the tip of my keyboard.
It's nice to see some recent results from Dr. ROSE Best wihes, Bill
