This is a very interesting case.
This U.K. patient had FUE work performed by two clinics. One in Europe and the other in the States. Neither of them produced any cosmetic difference so he came to us for yet a third session of FUEs. After examening the donor area, it became quickly clear that he suffered from something I've called the "moth eaten" effect as a result of large FUE extractions concentrated too close together. I converted him to a strip procedure and implanted 2,200 grafts into the corners of the hairline. I will post a different thread to address the scar issues. Yes he did come to America and Im sure hes happy the second time around . I would be willing to wager some loot that the fue surgeon he went to here was from the dirty south.
The work looks awesome and the video was great but then it reminded me of a horror movie when this big hairy man hand slowly attacked him. Keep up the great work |

God bless America doc,and your work as well. You are a top top doc and the way you help these guys is touching. Another great result. He was lucky to find you. excellent video by the way you really show everything. If I might say, your camara person is a bit shakey you might want to try a tripod.

Thank you for the kind words Bruce. I borrowed the soundtrack from Niel Diamond's "the Jazz Singer".
I know the video camera work isn't what one would call "professional", but I do it myself holding the camera in one hand while trying to comb the hair out with the other. Dr. Feller

Hairnut,
Thanks for the kudos on this case. If I were you I would post pics of your scalp and the work you have said is poor and see what the community thinks. If you would rather pm them to me you may do that as well. I can't speak for what other docs may do for you, but I can tell you in detail what I would do. We have repaired and finished many UK patients and I beleive I am becoming familiar with most of the higher profile UK docs whose patients I've seen repeatedly. Look for the postings on HT to learn more. Best of luck, Dr. Feller
