I read a couple month old article in the SUN, saying that testosterone increases 25 percent after one weightlifting session, and that this extra testosterone turns into DHT....

Is this true? To me this means that working out speeds up the rate at which one who is going to go bald anyways does...This is awful news to me...Someone please tell me this is a load of crap, but the article is very reliable and claims to have scientific backgin

Yep it's a load of crap!! genetic MPB and some illness makes your hair fall out!!

That's not what causes hair to fall out. Dr. Cooley gave me the low-down on DHT, etc., as mine is apparantly naturally low. Even though I can't remember exactly what he said, I do remember him saying it had no effect - except if by living longer you end up losing some hair because you're 85 yrs. old or something.
