Capricorn,

Very refined work. I'm glad to see that Dr. A chose the hairline that he did for you considering your native hair. Looks good so far.

Immediately post op pictures look good. What is the redness on your scalp pre-HT? Just wondering.

My Scalp is a bit sensitive that is why that redness/pink.
I get some pimples also. I even changed to Johnson & johnson baby shampoo every day for that very reason. Hopefully after the new hairs grow , it should not be red like before.

It seems a lot of your hair has not shed at 1 month. Is that still the case? I noticed the same in another Dr. ******'s patient, jiggy.
Is it common to retain 20-30% of the transplanted hair?

Hi Jolly,
I heard that the transplanted hair falls @ 1 mth and the roots germinate after that. In my case I belive the reason for them still not falling is because I think the gel which was put at the time of HT still has a small layer on my scalp. I regularly do shampoo.
I dont know if that happened with anyone.

Comments anyone plz from the latest pics, that would reduce my anxiety.

Now the waiting game started, I dont think anyone particularly noticed that I had a HT. The transplanted hair gave a good frontal look so far, now that they started falling I am getting nervous.

Hi,
It is now 2 mths, not much to report.
I think small hairs r sprouting, the Scar dis-comfort has reduced lot, feeling much better.
Using 0.5 mg FINASTERIDE, 1 TIME 5% MINOX, TWICE A WEEK NIZORAL. Scalp redness has been less because of Nizoral I believe.
I see small new hairs which seem to be coming falling(That scares me a bit ).
But anyhow based on the CUMULATIVE experiences of this forum I am hoping better things to come in the Hair Odyssey .

Thx
CAPRICORN

Hi Cap

Yes, 2 - 4 months is the twilight zone for the most part.. All you can do now is wait ( or forget). I'm at 4 months post exactly and really don't know if I have had any results yet but I know it will come !!

Hi All,

I just posted my 3 mths 1 week pics of FRONT, SIDE, TOP & CROWN.
I stopped rogaine, it is irritating me. Continuing PROPECIA & KETANAZOLE SHAMPOO.

Please let me know your inputs about the 3 mths progress. Seems PROPECIA is growing my hairs slowly on the TOP & CROWN.
Higly appreciate your feedback.

Thx
CAPRICORN
