This patient had approximatley 2000 grafts into his crown area one year ago. He is very happy with the growth and density from his procedure.

it looks good cosmetically and he must be happy, but its hard to judge the result because it looks like the patient has the hair just above the crown, really long. In the before pics, its combed forward and in the after pics its combed back

This, to me is the perfect example of misleading photos.

It is simply impossible to judge the result of this HT due to the styling of the hair.

Being a Rahal patient I've no doubt the result is good but you just cannot tell from these pics.

Hello Adrian,

do you have any immediate post op pics?
I also agree the photos are a bit misleading

I agree and would like to see more post op photos with the hair pushed forward, similar to the pre-op.

If the pre op photo were combed back, it would look much denser.

Not saying that Dr. Rahal - one of the best HT docs - is trying to be misleading, but I have a similar area I'd like to cover and would like to see a more accurate comparison.

Adrian,

Thanks for posting these. Clearly, this patient has an excellent result.

I don't believe anything is intentionally misleading. I do agree however, with some of the members, that additional photos with some of the longer hair combed forward would help show the actual transplanted area better.

Do you have additional photos like this you can share?

Best wishes,

Bill
