This young man presented to have correction of frontal triangle alopecia. He wears a short haircut in the front and an extremely close buzz cut in the back. Scar minimization was of concern to him and a 2 layer tension free closure should allow him to maintain his short donor area hair-style. The final picture shows one of his recipient areas nearing the end of the case, and his very short donor hair is noted. Most of our other patients have a bit longer hair being transplanted, which lends towards a fuller immediate postop appearance. Nevertheless, even with short hairs and a modestly distended scalp from tumescent solution, he will get a nice result.

The work looks solid but I have to telll you one thing. Hope you dont take this the wrong way.
Ive visited 6 clinics and had work at 3 {2 sucked}
That little room you have there looks to be like a rented little space
with nothing but a window to look out of.
Do you not have tvs or something else for the patient to do except stare at another building for hours?
Just something that jumped out to me before anything else.

The work looks super clean and I'm sure he's going to have a very nice result.

It seems to me though that this patient would have been a perfect candidate for FUE with the low number of grafts and seemingly stabalized hair loss. Especially considering his desire for such a short cut.

Any thoughts on why he chose strip vs fue?

One other important point! The blondie tech looks like she's probably way hot even though I can't see the face. Nice work Doc

The work looks good. I am having a similar ht with Dr. Lindsey in about a month (1200-1500 grafts) in the hairline area. Though my hairline comes down further than this gentlemans, I have more thinning on top overall. I also wear my hair short, but am growing it out for the surgery. These pictures get me excited for my own ht, as it looks really good. Any pictures of the scar?

Good for you PEH. Hes seems like a great doctor on the rise.
Just be sure to bring a walkman with you. Its gonna be a LONG day. Maybe he will have Chris Daughtry {Virginia guy}sing live for you, cause looking out that window for 8 hours seems like torture
I cant help myself . Doc you gotta spice up the office PLEASE.
A 37 inch plasma and blueray for under 1200 will make life for the patient so much more enjoyable

This is nice and clean work. I really like the broken-up hairline and how small the grafts were. Doc, you need to put up more pictures though, but even with what you have shown it is very very good with a good tight pack of grafts.

I think Dr. Lindsey pumps in some Van Halen on occasion, according to an earlier post...

I bet this is like a 'finishing' chair, and most of the procedure is in another room with the TV / Dolby sound system...

Looks like great work - What room the session is performed in / looks like, decor it has, is really of no concern here - it all about the HT - maybe this patient was asleep the entire session and wanted a quiet room - fewer distractions the better. The work and standard is the most important focus here not how big screen is on the flashy plasma... for all the techs to watch also whilst working - DISTRACTION Try focus on the bigger picture here - not the video selection a clinic has. Be careful not to judge the success of a HT and the docs standard to perfom it by the lack of plasma screens in his /her office

Work looks great - well done
