Warning: Some pictures are graphical in nature featuring donor strip harvesting

I am posting these on behalf of Dr. Keller who is interested in recommendation on our network.

Below are the details of this case provided by Dr. Keller.

---------

This hair transplant repair patient had 4 prior surgeries using old school techniques leaving this poor patient with 4 separate scars. (See below photos)

This patient came today for cosmetic correction of front hairline and scar revision.

This patient received 1800 follicular unit grafts in this session and the donor scar revision will be completed in 2 surgeries. Two of the four scars have been revised today, and the other two will be revised at the next session.

Frontline feathering is accomplished with single hair grafts, 0.7mm and 15-sharp points, followed by 90 and 91 spearpoints.

The first set of photos are the patient's own, displaying the earlier scars. Other photos include today's single strip harvesting procedure and the two-layer trichophytic closure.
