Jupiter, I'm still curious. What do you see about it that says he can only do the combback style. Is it lack of density, poor hairline design or placement, hair exit angles, something else?

He's obviously about 50; and you don't find too many 50-year-olds changing hairstyles often like we all did when we were 20.

I`d say he has plenty of options judging by his picture.Theres nothing wrong though with the style he has as it suits him just fine.
I`ve had the same style for the last 15 years,boring i know but it does me.

I'm sorry to say we do not have any immediate post op pictures of this patient. Thanks again for everyone's feedback. I believe the patient's goals have been met and he feels he has more styling options. He's pretty proud and is always willing to show his work and to speak to anyone wanting to ask questions. I think the patient's willingness to show his face for anyone to see even on the internet speaks volumes.
