This 50 y/o male first presented 6 years ago and over that period of time has had 4 "medium" size sessions done which total 820 MFU grafts (4-6 hairs each) and 2967 FU grafts (20% 1-hair; 60% 2-hairs; 20% 3 hairs - total of 3787 grafts / 9722 hairs. A "sprinkling" of FU grafts were placed in the rear "crown" area at three of the visits, but the main emphasis was creating density in the frontal region.

Do you have a top/down "after" picture similar to the before picture where the area is marked out for surgery?

Also, I it seems like there were a number of DFUs used for this surgery over the years. I'd love to hear Dr. Beehner's philosophy on when he feels they are helpful to aiding the illusion of density and when they might contribute to a "pluggy" look.

It's great to see more of Dr. Beehner's work.
