Wow! I hope my immediate post op looks that clean. I'll bet you can barely even notice the donar area as well with the hair not being buzzed down. I have a decent amount of existing hair and we're not shaving the head. Most of the work will be behind the hairline so getting back to work fairly quickly without any major visible results should be achievable. I will be having HT procedure with Dr. Alexander next week and will provide some before/after photos.
