The big numbers are definitely impressive, but what is more impressive to me is a smaller number with the results that look like a much bigger session. This has been fully accomplished with respect to this patient. Kudos.

I definiately agree that 2900 grafts looks great on this patient. Clearly the level of loss verses a patients expectations play a major role in determining ultimatley how many grafts are harvested (not necessarily in a single session).

I also agree that it's not ALWAYS about getting big numbers. There are times it's appropriate and times it is not. I'm glad this patient is happy with his results. He should be, especially with only 2900 grafts. He can always go back for future work
