This man had had a couple of previous transplants and was concerned about 2 issues. First, in his left part, he was quite thin and desired additional density. Second, his previous transplant scar had widened and he desired camouflage with FUE's.

I suggested that we focus on the first complaint but that we could place some grafts into his scar to have some improvement, but to also assess if his scar would support grafts. We discussed strip revision but do to scalp tension and a desire to limit further hypertrophy, we proceeded with FUE.

Happy for PB---he was in NY and dropped by for an impromptu FUE session. Good things happen to good people!

Excellent work IMO--and shows that while punch size IS a concern, it is not the only concern.

Look at that donor 1 week post-op... Nice!!!!
