This 51 year old patient underwent frontal restoration by Dr. Siporin after extensive research of hair surgeons in the Los Angeles area. His goal was to create an age appropriate hairline and good density throughout the anterior.
His overall donor characteristics were quite good, although his scalp laxity was deemed to be slightly less than average. A treatment of 2400 grafts was planned and included a moderate temporal build.
Shown here is the surgery which took place on January 30. A total of 2244 grafts were transplanted: 562 single, 1228 two hair, 420 three hair and 34 four hair. The patient has expressed an interest in adding post op, interim and completed photos in the future.
