Rachmunas4life, Dr Feller currently charges $10 a graft for FUE and was performed in one session.

Bill, this patient is early 30's has a family history of hairloss limited to the temples and believe is on meds. He has plenty of donor area left to rebuild more of the front should he need it.

All the best

I appreciate the additional detail Spex. Though I know Dr. Feller among many other elites develop a long term strategic plan with their patient, it's helpful when it's shared with the community.

Thanks again,

Bill

I don't know how I almost missed this thread. Thanks for posting the photos spex, I nearly forgot about presenting this FUE patient.

Thank you to everyone who commented.

I remember him and recall how concerned I was about his fine hair, which is why I doubly insisted on dense packing the areas. Thankfully he recoved the full caliber of each hair AND he had a virtual 100% growth rate which is impressive for FUE surgery.

If I recall correctly he was NOT on meds and believed that he would not have significant further recession because his dad and grandfather had identical limited hairloss patterns.

Thank you all again for the kind comments.

Remember, FUE is NOT always as consistent as strip surgery so take that reality into account when trying to decide between the two procedures.
