Hi,
You can check my progress 11 months post surgery in my blog. There has been no significant progress since the 9 month mark. I guess most of the growth has already occurred. I am still worried about my crown. I am on 0.5mg Propecia which has prevented any further hair loss but has not resulted any further growth. I am wondering if I continue propecia with same dosage for another year or increase the dosage or go for another HT in the crown. It looks like I will need another 1500-2000 grafts in the crown and I do have excellent donor density(according to Dr. Cooley). Also, since I have wavy hair, I probably won't need many grafts in the crown region.

3V_2008,
Thanks for updating us on your progress. Your overall hair quality and thickness has improved significantly since your procedure, especially in the front 2/3rds. 3200 grafts is a good number, but since it the majority of the grafts were placed in the frontal 2/3rds and not placed in the crown, you're not going to get as much density as you may want in the crown in a single procedure. Your crown has improved, but you will need another procedure to add density to it. I hope you are happy with your procedure overall. I think it looks great. Best wishes, Bill
