This 55 year old man presented to me 10 years ago and over that period of time has gradually had three procedures. He returned the other day to let me see the results, as he lives a distance from here. He had a total of 10,122 hairs transplanted and the grafts were composed 35% of MFU grafts (4-6 hairs each) and 65% with FU grafts (25% 1-hair; 50% 2-hair; 25% 3-hair). He is quite pleased with the fullness he received. The "light blocking" qualities of the MFU grafts in the center are very valuable in creating the illusion of density in these types of hair transplant patients.
A fourth session, peppering in 1500 FU grafts, is planned for this summer. "Hair greed" is a terrible thing! You can never have enough!
